The CRS Realtor® must be a member of the National Association of Realtors®, have a proven track record in the business. Graduate Realtor® Institute is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation. One must complete a rigorous education and testing program requiring 92 hours of live course instruction. Additionally, Carol holds the SRES®, Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.
